We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. These are processed securely by Stripe.

When you upload a document for review, we may collect:
- business plans
- AI-generated text
- documents, attachments or files
- contextual notes
- any other content you choose to provide
Submitted Materials may include sensitive or proprietary information. We treat all submissions as confidential and use them only for the purpose of providing the Service (see Section 4).
1.3 Technical & Usage Data
When you access our website, we may collect:

- pages accessed

- referring URLs
- general analytics data
This data helps us improve performance, security and user experience.
How we use your information

- provide and deliver the Review you purchased

Payment Processing
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. Stripe may collect and store information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
Human Review does not see, store, or access your full payment card details.
Confidentiality & Handling of Uploaded Documents
4.1 All Submitted Materials are treated as strictly confidential.
4.2 Documents are only accessed by:
- the assigned Reviewer
- internal staff responsible for quality control, customer support, or administration
4.3 We do not use Submitted Materials for:
- training models
- marketing
- advertising
- internal research
- external publication
4.4 Documents may be retained temporarily to complete the Service. We endeavour to delete or anonymise Submitted Materials within 30 days after your Review is delivered, unless:
- required for legal or tax obligations
- needed for fraud prevention or dispute resolution
Sharing and Disclosure
We only share personal information:
- with service providers who assist in delivering the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery), or
- if required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory authority
We do not sell or monetise your information in any way.
